De manera espec\u00edfica abordaremos el correspondiente al comercio electr\u00f3nico, el cual se proyecta que en 2018 pueda lograr su consolidaci\u00f3n en base a nuevos esfuerzos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Hablar de <strong><em>ecommerce<\/em><\/strong> nos encamina a un sendero de estrategias de negocio, m\u00e9tricas y objetivos, mismos que si bien ya se habr\u00e1n podido establecer con anterioridad, el perfeccionamiento de estas deben ser un proyecto por asumir para las empresas involucradas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cabe resaltar que los elementos de optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos de venta en las plataformas, la usabilidad, la adaptaci\u00f3n a plataformas m\u00f3viles y la definici\u00f3n de los <strong>KPI\u00b4s<\/strong>, son los elementos que mayor \u00e9nfasis merecen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Actualizaci\u00f3n de estructura de negocio<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Para lograr esto es necesario realizar actividades de revisi\u00f3n a los elementos de la planeaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, c\u00f3mo son: la misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n, objetivos y cualidades de la empresa, as\u00ed c\u00f3mo la actualizaci\u00f3n del FODA de la empresa, esto para conocer si las estrategias propuestas cumplen en funci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas actuales del mercado e incluso del propio negocio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Esto sirve para detallar si las los modelos de trabajo actuales son viables o no, si no van de la mano es necesario modificar las formas de trabajo, cabe resaltar que si bien no es recomendable cambiar de lleno las bases empresariales, el <em><strong>ecommerce<\/strong><\/em> permite adaptar objetivos aline\u00e1ndolos al hoy y el ahora del mercado, tomando diferentes caminos en lo que supone una rama de negocio adicional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Finanzas Saludables<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Es obligatorio tocar el punto del equilibrio financiero para cualquier empresa y en este caso no es la excepci\u00f3n, conocer el margen econ\u00f3mico con el que contamos permitir\u00e1 impulsar las mejoras, lo que permite establecer nuevas estrategias y maximizar la oportunidad de cambios, l<span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">a proyecci\u00f3n de negocios mejorar\u00e1 y con ello los resultados b\u00e1sicos c\u00f3mo el posicionamiento y el servicio al cliente, para posteriormente acceder al nivel de importancia, aquel que demanda la acci\u00f3n definitiva del cliente, el concretar una venta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si contamos con un presupuesto apto para adaptar nuevas oportunidades, el crecimiento es casi seguro, aunque tambi\u00e9n depender\u00e1 de la capacidad del talento humano para robustecer esta cohesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En este punto es importante hacer menci\u00f3n de una verdad absoluta, las obtenci\u00f3n de ventas si bien es el objetivo principal no es necesariamente la m\u00e1s importante, el atender de forma \u00f3ptima a cada cliente, resolver las dudas, impulsar los canales de entrada al necio y sobretodo cuidar la imagen de la marca, son factores a considerar por parte de los involucrados en este modelo digital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">As\u00ed que atender a todas las m\u00e9tricas posibles te proveer\u00e1n de capacidad de mejorar o impulsar con mayor dedicaci\u00f3n a aquellas estancia, tasa de rebote o lugar de procedencia de nuestras visitas, son algunas de las muchas posibilidades que podemos conocer a trav\u00e9s de estas m\u00e9tricas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Llevar un registro de las metas proyectas y los resultados obtenidos para cada linea de inter\u00e9s y hacer una comparaci\u00f3n, es sin duda la mejor manera de establecer objetivos reales y
