Una de ellas es el tema de Natural Language Processing (NLP) o la capacidad de las computadoras o sistemas de procesar y entender exactamente lo que un usuario desea a trav\u00e9s del lenguaje que \u00e9ste usa d\u00eda con d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Democratizando el lenguaje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de poder entender peticiones en lenguaje natural, la finalidad del NLP es que los sistemas o interfaces pueden responder a los usuarios de manera entendible y f\u00e1cil de comprender. Hoy en d\u00eda todav\u00eda es com\u00fan que, para trabajar en procesos computacionales, incluso algunos m\u00e1s cercanos como analytics, se requiera de un entrenamiento o certificaci\u00f3n para poder interpretar lo que los datos arrojan.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme NLP avance, la capacidad de interactuar eficientemente con los sistemas ser\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s sencilla al permitir tener un di\u00e1logo natural con cualquier sistema. Podr\u00e1s preguntar a tu sistema <em>\u00bfcu\u00e1l fue el porcentaje de ganancia del trimestre pasado?, <\/em>y recibir una respuesta directa en lugar de una gr\u00e1fica o resultados de b\u00fasqueda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mayor precisi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los ejemplos visuales como gr\u00e1ficas o tablas suelen ser muy \u00fatiles, para quien sabe leerlos adecuadamente. Por otro lado, tener una conversaci\u00f3n uno a uno es mucho m\u00e1s natural y f\u00e1cil de decodificar\u00a0 para cualquier persona.<\/p>\n<p>Al utilizar NLP la intenci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es lograr una interacci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s eficiente y precisa en el intercambio pregunta\/respuesta. En lugar de recibir un an\u00e1lisis visual con n\u00fameros y barras, podremos disfrutar de una narrativa que nos explique lo que queremos saber sin necesidad de interpretar datos abstractos, recortando el tiempo en el que obtenemos informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil para nuestras actividades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mejorando interacci\u00f3n, entendimiento y comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como los asistentes de voz en los tel\u00e9fonos se han vuelto una soluci\u00f3n muy \u00fatil para muchas personas en t\u00e9rminos de interacci\u00f3n humano\/m\u00e1quina, los avances en NLP se est\u00e1n enfocando en el siguiente paso de lograr reconocimiento emocional y sem\u00e1ntico en las publicaciones, audio y video de usuarios, procesando si determinada entrada es positiva o negativa en su intenci\u00f3n o qu\u00e9 estado de \u00e1nimo desea transmitir.<\/p>\n<p>En este aspecto, IBM lleva la delantera con su Inteligencia Artificial <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/watson\/\">Watson<\/a> la cual ya es capaz de reconocer miedo, tristeza, furia y desagrado.<\/p><div id=\"intel-3032759587\" class=\"intel-contenido-4 intel-entity-placement\"><!--noptimize--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.intelisis.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/\u00bfQue-debe-tener-un-ERP-en-2025-La-guia-definitiva-para-optimizar-tu-negocio-CTA-02-min.png\" alt=\"\u00bfQu\u00e9 debe tener un ERP en 2025?
