Un cliente puede llegar a tratar con diferentes empleados durante su compra, ya sea al caminar por la tienda, buscando atenci\u00f3n al cliente o resolviendo asuntos con facturaci\u00f3n y cobranzas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, s\u00f3lo hace falta que uno de estos escalones falle para que un cliente se lleve una mala impresi\u00f3n. No del empleado, sino de la marca. Seguramente tienes una historia cercana de alguien que dej\u00f3 de comprar en determinado lugar o cadena por un incidente desagradable, eliminando cualquier rastro de lealtad que hubiera antes.<\/p>\n<p>La lealtad del cliente, adem\u00e1s de estar formada por la capacidad del proveedor de satisfacer las necesidades del mismo, tambi\u00e9n se apoya en cu\u00e1n uniforme o similar es la experiencia de compra en cada una de las sucursales de la cadena. El ejemplo m\u00e1s claro se aprecia en las franquicias de comida r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n<p>La comida sabe igual, los empleados visten igual, los mismos colores y los mismos protocolos de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando alguno de estos elementos falla, el cliente puede levantar una ceja y seguir o dar la media vuelta y no regresar m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Para remediar esta situaci\u00f3n, Adam Fiegenbaum, del sitio <a href=\"https:\/\/venturebeat.com\/2013\/07\/24\/customer-experience-management-how-to-consistently-deliver-excellence\/\">iCIMS<\/a> propone los siguientes tips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contrata a la gente correcta<\/strong>: Sin importar el puesto, aseg\u00farate de contar con empleados que crean en tu marca y en lo que representa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invol\u00facrate en los problemas<\/strong>: Convi\u00e9rtete en parte de la soluci\u00f3n y aseg\u00farate de satisfacer a los clientes que est\u00e9n molestos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Empodera a tus empleados<\/strong>: Permite que tu equipo se apropie de los problemas y dales el poder de resolver los problemas de los clientes sin tener que \u201cllamar al gerente\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No detengas las cosas<\/strong>: Mientras m\u00e1s tiempo pase un cliente sin atenci\u00f3n, peor se volver\u00e1 su experiencia. Soluciona los problemas r\u00e1pidamente y con soluciones eficaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por otro lado, no olvides que cada una de tus sucursales es un entorno nuevo y las costumbres, h\u00e1bitos y preferencias de tus clientes pueden ser distintas a los de tu primer punto de venta. Mant\u00e9n estos elementos en cuenta para adaptar la experiencia de tus compradores a su entorno y que tu marca se sienta como algo cercano a ellos; sin por ello dejar de lado los elementos fundamentales que hacen de tu negocio lo que es.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>La experiencia que cada uno de tus clientes se lleva de tu negocio es la base sobre la cual se construye una lealtad en ambos sentidos.
