Tan solo el a\u00f1o pasado el sector alcanz\u00f3 ventas por 21 mil millones de d\u00f3lares, y se espera que los ingresos alcancen los 39 mil millones de d\u00f3lares para en 2020, seg\u00fan datos de WorldPay en su reporte\u00a0<em>Global Payments 2017.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En consecuencia, solo un par de compa\u00f1\u00edas minoristas est\u00e1n competiendo en un mercado que se encuentra en constante cambio y crecimiento. De acuerdo con el Estudio de motivaciones y barreras a la\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.informabtl.com\/5-cosas-que-los-mexicanos-valoran-al-realizar-compras-en-linea\/\">compra en l\u00ednea<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Ventas Online, las razones porque los mexicanos desconf\u00edan de comprar en Internet van desde no querer comprometer informaci\u00f3n personal, creer que el producto llegar\u00e1 defectuoso, hasta que el proceso de devoluci\u00f3n sea complicado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"hidePrint row margin-vertical-20\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A prop\u00f3sito,<strong>\u00a0Iliana Baza\u0301n, marketing manager de <a href=\"http:\/\/intelisis.com\/\">Intelisis,<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0en entrevista con\u00a0<em>InformaBTL,<\/em>\u00a0dijo que una de las barreras de las\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.informabtl.com\/5-cosas-que-los-mexicanos-valoran-al-realizar-compras-en-linea\/\">compras en l\u00ednea<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0en M\u00e9xico tienen origen en la cultura. Sin embargo, advirti\u00f3 que las compa\u00f1\u00edas deben trabajar en estrategias para superarlas.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201c<\/span><span class=\"s1\">En M\u00e9xico, yo creo que todav\u00eda tenemos algunos temas pendientes para poder adaptarnos a la tecnolog\u00eda. La realidad es que todav\u00eda existe el miedo a que puedan clonar tu tarjeta, de que no te llegue el producto, que te hagan un cargo adicional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Sin duda, es un tema que le est\u00e1 costando mucho a las empresas de retail. Palacio hierro, Liverpool son empresas que le est\u00e1n apostando al ecommerce. Sus Noches Palacio o sus Ventas Nocturnas, incluso tambi\u00e9n las tienen en l\u00ednea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Sin embargo, todav\u00eda en M\u00e9xico tenemos la cultura de ir a la tienda para comprar. A diferencia de pa\u00edses como Estados Unidos, que por ejemplo est\u00e1n muy bien posicionados en ventas online.
